Joni provides private cooking instruction to individuals or couples either in her kitchen or in their home.
Under the direction of Chef Jennifer, participants prepare and enjoy a three-course dinner using ingredients that are sourced from Pike Place Market. While cooking, the chef explains the history of the Market, showcases her favorite vendors, and provides the history of the cuisine.
