Participate in making everything on a 3-course menu, working in three small groups. You will be responsible for prepping and plating of three courses. Chef Tre will always lead the class with the assistance of a qualified chef. You may bring your own wine for the meal as well.
Classes are offered for both adults and children, and average 12 students per class. All of the ingredients, tools and recipes are provided. Aprons are not supplied, but you may bring your own or purchase an embroidered TRE Cooking Concepts apron.
