NZDC Company Classes happen throughout the year when NZDC is in residence at Wellesley Studios. We warmly invite you to join us in our body research and technique classes.
In this class students will learn Stretch techniques to help the body perform its best.
Stretch classes are offered at the beginning or end of classes where time permits. The focus is on core strengthening as well as stretching muscles to gain better flexibility.
