This best-seller seasonal workshop includes a three-hour hands-on virtual workshop, all pre-scaled ingredients, red food colouring, parchment and piping bags, all recipes and equipment lists.
This class yields 2 dozen of each recipe (all nut-free). Tools that are not supplied for this class and are required for you to have to hand include: 8x8 or 9x9 cake pan, 2-4 baking trays, rolling pin, stand mixer or hand beater.

This is a great workshop if you'd like to learn how to bake from scratch as well as those trying to learn new piping and decorating techniques.
In this hands-on class, you will make several kinds of creams for filling and frosting and learn techniques for putting it all together. Students will create a cake with flavours of their choosing that they can take home, ready for any celebration.
We’re excited to have Vicci Coughlin back in the kitchen at Jill’s Table to share her expertise in making beautiful, flaky pastry for pies. She will teach you pastry techniques that are sure to impress your friends and family, just in time for summer get-togethers.
