Join us for a cozy morning spent baking in the kitchen with pastry chef extraordinaire (Kass) as we make:
This best-seller seasonal workshop includes a three-hour hands-on virtual workshop, all pre-scaled ingredients, red food colouring, parchment and piping bags, all recipes and equipment lists.
This class yields 2 dozen of each recipe (all nut-free). Tools that are not supplied for this class and are required for you to have to hand include: 8x8 or 9x9 cake pan, 2-4 baking trays, rolling pin, stand mixer or hand beater.

All cooking classes are taught by Chef Oscar Turchi with over 35 years of experience in Italian cuisine
The class is hands-on, everyone will be making laminated dough. Students will finish the class with croissants that are shaped, but should take them home immediately afterwards for the final rise and bake.
You will learn how to properly cut a baked cake. You will be taught the method on how to make Auntie Lou’s traditional Buttercream.
Cake & Cupcake Decorating
This class will teach you the basics of mixing a sourdough starter, how to keep it alive, how to mix a “wet dough”, how to shape a proper loaf and how to bake your own bread
