Hope 4 Future is a brain child of Dr Favour Mabaso. He studied Hospitality Management at Durban University of Technology in 1999 where he was a top academic student for 3 years of his study.
During that time he was given numerous awards such as Most Promising Student Award; 3 Academic Awards for best results over 3 years; Best Thesis Award. In the year 2000 the Durban International Convetion Centre awarded him a bursary.
He has worked in several prestigious hotels such as Durban Hilton; Umhlanga Sands Resort; Sun City Resort; Protea Imperial Hotel.
He has also worked at the International Hotel School. In September 2016 he was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Job Creation; Poverty Alleviation and Community Development.
The course will teach you nutrition and menu planning, food and beverage services, sanitation and safety, housekeeping, restaurant and bar activities, function planning, events, how to manage a kitchen, as well as guest relations and entrepreneurship and business skills
This exciting new upgraded training consist on topics such as cleaning & maintaining public areas, storage of cleaning equipment & materials, working safely, guest’s private areas when servicing a room, how to prepare areas and surfaces for cleaning
Participants in this course will be introduced to facilitating a safe environment in their own area of work. Course material will enable participants to recognize and prevent potential hazards.
House Keeping short course is offered by Rand Training College. We strive to provide our students with a dynamic and motivating academic input and personal attention.
Housekeeping Course is offered by Matasolve Academy. These courses are ideal for those candidates who do not have a grade 12 qualification, but would like to enter a career path in health, development and social care fields. Learners with a grade 12 pass have an added advantage though.
