Make an extra crispy beer batter and triple cooked rooster chips, all made from scratch. And of course, we can’t have a fish supper without having the best mushy peas!
Then we shall go on to prepare the 80’s pub classic, ‘Scampi in a basket’, with homemade tartare sauce and a green pea and fennel salad.
All served with chippy vinegar, a plain crusty, and plenty of butter!
