If you’ve never experimented with Japanese cooking before, or perhaps you feel you’re a ‘sushi rolling master’ but want to expand your cooking repertoire, then this is one to join. From the richness of the Katsu Curry to the creaminess of the Purin pudding, we think you’ll leave this class a ‘hopeless ramen-tic’ for Japanese cooking!
The evening will kick start with a glass of wine while you settle in to watch a demonstration displaying the flavourful dishes you’ll be cooking up during the class. You’ll be shown plenty of fun tips and presentation tricks to have you making this Japanese meal like a pro!
Once the demonstration is finished, you will get hands-on and stuck into the cooking yourselves. Our friendly chefs are always around to help and answer any questions you may have, setting you up with knowledge and confidence for when you’re recreating these delectable dishes at home.
By the end of the class, you will have a glorious 3-course Japanese meal which you will then sit back, relax and tuck into, with another glass of wine if you so fancy!
