Planned around a unique monthly theme, each class is an entirely new experience that incorporates culinary skills that build upon each other to progress over time into more complex food preparation and presentation. Classes can be attended individually or weekly as a Young Chefs Academy member.
Culinary Camp At Young Chefs® Academy Is So Much More Than Cooking!
Young Chefs Academy seasonal cooking experiences deliver an immersive culinary adventure for the young chefs within our community, empowering budding chefs to grow in their knowledge of the culinary arts and self-confidence. Each day is filled with fun, hands-on adventures as we build upon new culinary skills and techniques. Our experienced staff is ready to deliver a well-rounded experience filled with culinary knowledge and fun! Seasonal camp adventures available year round...when school's out, we're open!
Each fully-immersive, 3-hour / multi-day camp experience will include:
Your aspiring chef will be thrilled! This class is focused on fun but teaches everything you need to make pasta dough from scratch. Roll and transform the dough in to both fettucine and fresh-filled ravioli. And of course don't forget the delicious sauces. Lunch included!
We love Kids, they are the future our our planet and our food. Your young chef will learn how to make classic dishes like pizza, pasta and pastries in your own oven with this hands-on, interactive class! Our Teen cooking classes are designed for teenagers. It is a great way to introduce cooking, and the method and techniques involved with producing wonderful food. If your teenager has a desire to cook, these are the classes for them. We will teach them the basics of culinary art.
We welcome kids ages 7 to 11-morning camp(12 and over-afternoon camp) to join us for a five-day camp, featuring hands-on cooking, learning, fun and lots of eating! This summer camp series will help your child become a more creative and confident cook!
