Planned around a unique monthly theme, each class is an entirely new experience that incorporates culinary skills that build upon each other to progress over time into more complex food preparation and presentation. Classes can be attended individually or weekly as a Young Chefs Academy member.

Young Chefs Academy seasonal cooking experiences deliver an immersive culinary adventure for the young chefs within our community, empowering budding chefs to grow in their knowledge of the culinary arts and self-confidence. Each day is filled with fun, hands-on adventures as we build upon new culinary skills and techniques. Our experienced staff is ready to deliver a well-rounded experience filled with culinary knowledge and fun! Seasonal camp adventures available year round...when school's out, we're open!

We love teaching cooking classes for kids! We can do both sweet and savory classes for ages 4-14. Private group classes only.
The Cookie Nip Studio Kitchen is invested in and dedicated to instruction in the bakery arts and tool safety,Ā sugar art tips and techniques, and hot new trends in the baking industry.Ā During our uniquely designed camps, students will be taught how to follow a recipe, food handling.
In this DIY kids class, they will be provided with 4 cookies, royal icing, and sprinkles to decorate any way they would like. This is not an instructor lead class, this is DIY style class. Each set of 4 cookies may vary from student to student.
Your aspiring chef will be thrilled! This class is focused on fun but teaches everything you need to make pasta dough from scratch. Roll and transform the dough in to both fettucine and fresh-filled ravioli. And of course don't forget the delicious sauces. Lunch included!
Fun, hands-on and educational, our new kids' series is the perfect activity! Your young chef will learn valuable kitchen skills while cooking beloved dishes from Spanish cuisine.
