Born and raised in Belgium, a country famed for its delicious chocolate, I have always dreamed of working with chocolate.
I am a qualified chocolatier. I have studied the art of chocolate making in Brussels and have had the fortune of being trained by some of Belgian's best chocolatiers (ie. Laurent Gerbaud, Jérôme Grimonpon, ). Now settled on the Northern beaches, I have my own chocolate business and shop aimed at providing the best Belgian chocolate experience.
As a Belgian chocolate company, we strive to innovate and share unique experience with chocolate lovers. We take part of the Cacao-trace program, our chocolate is obtained from the highest quality beans, fermented and dried according to strict guidelines.
In our post-harvest centres close to cocoa farmers, expert fermenters monitor and improve the fermentation process. This ensures a consistent superior taste for chocolate lovers, and more income for farmers.
Let us come to your kindergartens to cook up a storm with your pre prep age children! Our kindy program allows your children to be involved first hand with cooking food.
Created especially for younger children, Les Petits Cordons Bleus is the perfect cooking course to foster and encourage children to develop their creativity and taste.
We’re leveling up our class for ages 12+ with classic desserts and breads that require a little more finesse. Kel will teach you all about the science of baking and how to add something extra special to each of these.
A cooking class for kids aged over 10 ( parents can accompany their child if they wish to also enroll- No spectators sorry). Bring containers to take some food home or they can eat on the day.
These group classes are all about having fun and learning to cook delicious treats whilst making new friends.
