Our cooking is vegetarian, with lots of plant-based proteins. You learn to make healthy, crave-worthy food, with tastes so delicious you'll want to eat again and again.
We teach breathing, yoga, and meditation at the beginning of each session. These practices empower you to reconnect to your own source of "bliss" within. We are then able to connect to Mother Nature with reverence.

Our themed weekly classes are a fun way for your kids to focus on hands-on kids cooking class sessions while learning recipes to try at home. Your Lil' Chef will gain skills that are designed to appeal to the abilities of most children.
Have your kids join her for our amazingly fun series of cooking camps this summer! During camp, Janet will teach them cooking techniques and skills and get your kids cooking like never before!
We’ll learn how to roll and shape everything into classic beef enchiladas with cheese and ranchero sauce to enjoy hot from the oven. While we wait for the enchiladas to bake we will make fresh brown rice horchata to sip on.
Our cooking classes are healthy, hands-on, and always fun. We focus on whole foods and recipes packed with vegetables and fruits. We also include kitchen safety and basic nutrition education in every class.
Your young chef can join us for this sweet class as each student learns to create delicious marshmallows! Marshmallows can be customized with various ingredients and each student will go home with your own customized pan of this sweet treat! Class recommended for ages 10 and up.
