Guided by a professional decorator, you'll learn as a pair to form ice cream layers, assemble, ice, and decorate your cake, including learning piping and inscription technique and, you'll get unlimited tastes of other non-boozy ice cream flavors, learn about company history, snap lots of pics and take home the cake you made in an insulated Tipsy Scoop™ tote bag with dry ice!
Following in the ice cream tradition, I began to experiment with putting a modern boozy twist on ice cream. I wanted to combine the best of both worlds and infuse traditional ice cream flavors with different liquors and now, in the family tradition, Tipsy Scoop™!
My great, great, great grandfather, Achille, moved from his small mountaintop town of Picinisco, Italy to Glasgow, Scotland. He made ice cream at home and sold it from a pushcart as he walked the city streets. Eventually he opened his own ice cream shop and brought his sons into the business.
The family business continued with my great, great grandfather, Giovanni, who opened several of his own shops around Glasgow in the 1900s.
My great grandfather, Federico, continued the family ice cream tradition and opened shops throughout Scotland and England and eventually became the President of the Ice Cream Alliance of Great Britain.
It’s a Big Bold week-long culinary and wellness experience where your little diva will be inspired to greatness and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.
We encourage kids to become chefs of not only American food but foods from all parts of the world. They quickly lose the fear of trying new food and expand their taste buds in the process all while learning multi-cultural recipes.
Give your teen or tween a memorable and valuable week of camp which will serve them throughout their entire life. From knife skills to baking 101, this camp will cover a different cuisine each day (Italian/Greek, Latin-American, Asian, French, etc.) while we learn essential skills.
At Together We Cook, my goal is to empower children to be confident in the kitchen, to inspire them to explore new flavors and make healthy choices and to encourage families to cook and eat together
Kids will beat the summer heat, making 3-4 different recipes daily, learning both culinary and baking techniques.We will “Cook Around the World” with Italian, Mexican, and Asian dishes with the last day featuring everyone’s favorite day - Chopped Jr competitions!
