Join us for a hands-on knife sharpening class with Lewis Robinson as he teaches you the fundamentals of knife sharpening. Starting with equipment and tools to use, knowing when to sharpen your knife, and learning anatomy of the knife.

After a demonstration, you will have the chance to sharpen your knife yourself, with the help of a pro each step of the way. By the end of class you will have a freshly sharpened knife and whetstone to take home. Bring your knife, apron, and questions!
