We will teach easy and useful tips and techniques while you observe and ask questions. You and your friends will learn about what kinds of ingredients to use. You will also receive handouts of the recipes so you can make at home afterward. All of our cooking classes and demos are customized to the type of experience you and your friends want to enjoy.

This demo and discuss gives us a chance to re-cap some Knife Skills 101 basics and get into some meat fabrication that you can use at home too! Chef Andrea breaks down Chickens, Steaks, Pork Loins and whole fish as well.
You will learn a variety of cutting techniques, have lots of time to practice, and depart with the confidence to chop, dice and slice your way to more enjoyable meal preparation at home.
In this class, you will learn not only how to hold, hone, and sharpen your knives, but also how to Brunoise, Chiffonade, Batonnet, Supreme, Debone, etc. with proper technique. Â We will provide all the fruit, vegetable, and chicken needed for you to practice.
