Join us in our kitchen classroom for hands on cooking classes led by our experienced professional chefs! Work along with your chef to create delicious recipes to enjoy during class and take home our class packets to recreate the recipes at home! Unless otherwise noted, all of our cooking classes are for persons 16 years of age and up as well as BYOB.

This is the most important cooking class you’ll ever take! This class teaches our adults how to safely and efficiently use knives as a part of their cooking. Proper usage and technique and how to care for your knives are covered in this class while you practice cutting various ingredients.
Basic knife skills are important, whether a veteran cook or a beginner, everyone can use some basic training with kitchen knives. Class includes demonstration by one of our chef instructors, Andrew Schmidt, followed by practical skills of various cuts of fruits and vegetables, herbs and garlic.
