This session will guide through making a selection of the following well known curry dishes including:
Chaing Mai Chicken & Prawn Red Thai Curry
Lamb Madras Curry
Indian Vegetable Curry
Lavender and Pistachio Pilau Rice
Bombay Potatoes
Naan Bread
Banana, cardamon & yoghurt raita
Cucumber pickle
Using seasonal vegetables and a selection of meat including chicken and lamb. Our chef will help you discover a range of spices to broaden your pallet.
This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
