What does a typical class involve?
Where do the classes take place and how many people can attend?
The classes take place at your house to ensure you have the know how to food prep for yourself going forward. A class can be for one person or up to a maximum of 4 people.
What do I need to bring?
Do I get menu options on what we cook?
We can cook any dishes you like! Each class we get to collaborate and design your own menu. We can do macro specific, keto diet, vegan, or generalized healthy dishes that you enjoy. The possibilities are endless and delicious!

Each class features a tasting menu prepared by Chef Ben in front of you, while he explains different techniques used to make the dishes in your kitchen easily.
Thanksgiving is generally known as the holiday of eating large amounts of rich, heavy food. As you age, this fatty feast can end up being more of a burden than a blessing, leaving you uncomfortably full for the rest of the day.
Teens get hands-on experience with everything from choosing a recipe, shopping for ingredients, and chopping veggies. Teens will take part in planning meals, making grocery lists, budgeting, and shopping.
In this Community Chef Series, participants will learn about growing and preparing food throughout the growing season. We'll discuss strategies to keep cooking simple and adaptable based on what you have on hand, and what's in season throughout the year.
