Clients across all ages will learn culinary skills that will empower them to cook dishes from scratch, and eventually prepare meals like a pro chef! Clients will also learn new ways to find healthy recipes, make recipe substitutions, analyze recipes, and develop grocery lists based on healthy menus.
Our Nutrition Philosophy
This program will be facilitated by Mary Jane Eason and Ariana Yaftali who has lived refugee experience and training in mental health services. Each session of 8 classes will end with a completion ceremony and home- made feast
