PoleFit is the ultimate combination of dance, yoga, and resistance training and it’s fun to do! PoleFit is a fun exercise & fitness method that helps you lose weight while gaining strength, flexibility, and confidence.
In this class you will learn sexy floor work mixed with beginner pole moves and ways to make your floor work flow as well as the little tricks to make an easy move look tricky, you'll learn fun routines to different songs every term.
In Introduction you will learn the basics, you’ll learn simple weight bearing moves and combinations plus an easy routine, there are no prerequisites for enrolling in a Introduction Course.
We have a range of levels from beginners to advance with each level having certain moves that you must be able to do to be able to move up to the next level. This protects you from injury by ensuring that your body is physically prepared (strength, flexibility and coordination) for the harder trick...
This is our highest level and you must be assessed by Aerial Pole Academy's director before enrolling in this class.
