There are 9 levels to the PoleMoves pole dance fitness program, and each level is an 8 hour course which is mastered in 6 weekly lessons which are 1hr + 20 minutes long, meaning you can master the pole in much less time than many other pole courses. See below for all new course start dates!
From the Polemoves beginner course right up to Polemoves Ultimate 3 routine course, each week course is overflowing with new pole dance moves (spins), floor-work, sequences and routines all professionally taught by a team of friendly, highly qualified Dance Instructors.
All the spins, inversions and Polemoves techniques and progressions are designed to build strength and skills for the next level, all while having a fun (working out is now really fun!) and feeling great!
Shemoves Dance Fitness Studios are a women's only dance fitness suite of studios across WA and NT. We specialise in pole, lyra, silks and a variety of other distinctly feminine dance styles. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome.
Tricksters 1 is for Beginners, Introduction,Transition and casual students, in this class you will learn pole tricks, technique, combinations and even some doubles tricks. Previous pole experience is not necessary for this class.
You will learn some fun and very exciting tricks which are incorporated into a choreographed routine and by week 6 you will have the opportunity to learn how to invert.
Pole Beginner will allow you to grow your strength, coordination, stamina & skill on the pole. This class is aimed at complete beginners and will teach you the basics on the pole. During this lesson some of the basics on the pole you will learn include: walking, basic spins and sitting on the pole.
The foundational elements of pole dance – tricks, combinations and dance flow. With a weekly 1 hour class session each week, it’s the best starting point to build your confidence, master new skills and participate in a whole new world.
In this class you will learn sexy floor work mixed with beginner pole moves and ways to make your floor work flow as well as the little tricks to make an easy move look tricky, you'll learn fun routines to different songs every term.
