We also have open-level pole dancing classes such as Exotic Pole and Contemporary which are more focused on the choreography. These classes are a great way to improve your dance and cardio fitness.

In this class you will learn sexy floor work mixed with beginner pole moves and ways to make your floor work flow as well as the little tricks to make an easy move look tricky, you'll learn fun routines to different songs every term.
This level focuses on inversions, so be prepared to go upside down. You should be confident with pole sits, spins, climbs, cross knee releases and inverts on both sides before enrolling in this level.

Aerial Pole Academy's Contemporary Pole Dance, is a dance class that will teach you a combination of basic contemporary, lyrical and jazz styles of dance, these styles of dance will be taught in conjunction with pole movement, the pole movement will include beginner pole tricks.
You must be assessed by Aerial Pole Academy's director before enrolling in this class. In our Advanced level you will learn intensive conditioning and flexibility as well as extreme pole tricks, aerial combinations and aerial shoulder mounts.
