Her approach transcends merely following recipes to impart an overarching understanding of ingredients, their properties and how to work with them in a marriage of kitchen chemistry and culinary creativity.

Vegan cooking class is offered by Vyanjan. About three vegetarian/vegan dishes will be prepared using whole grains, dried beans, sprouts, lentils, pulses, spices, nuts, seeds, and vegetables in each class. NO eggs, seafood or meat of any kind will be used. NO deep frying.
