We teach you how to prepare seafood in a variety of textures and seasonings. You’ll be taught how to fold and fill crispy prawn wontons, create the perfect balance with sweet and sour squid and prawns, wok-fry the perfect egg fried rice and steam lovely salmon fillets with traditional Chinese seasoning.
