The instruction of proper technique is instilled in our philosophy and is a fundamental component of our dance curriculum. The staff at The Dance Edge takes pride in providing a dance education that is going to help prevent injuries and ensure your dancer is able to have a long and healthy dance experience.
Progressions facilitate the dancers in improving technique and acquiring new skills! Through this class, the dancers progress to higher levels, and master new jumps, turns, & combinations.
Conditioning (Ages 10+) classes are offered by Dance Plus EP. At Dance Plus we strive to keep a fun and encouraging atmosphere where students can become the best dancers they can be.
Do you find in class that you “Can’t feel the stretch?” Are you concerned that you may be stretching incorrectly?
Practice at the barre by mixing techniques from ballet, pilates and yoga to tone, shape and sculpt your body.
Our boys only classes are designed to create a high energy, active and fun atmosphere. These classes will work to increase strength and stamina while dancing to current, age-appropriate music.
