A completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, which create health and balance, the strengthening theories from ballet, which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy, which create a pain free body.

Bungee is a low impact, high intensity cardio workout, which targets the core, improves balance & stability and tones all muscles while having fun & experiencing what it feels like to “FLY!” Bungee Workout.
For overall stretching and strengthening allowing each participant to progress at his/her own level. Breathing exercises are incorporated into the program.
This session class combines dance, acro and floor tumbling to emphasize strength, balance and flexibility. This is a great class for your active 3 to 6 year old. Exercises are carefully designed to suit your child’s age and ability.
