In this class you will learn how to make soufflé as a dessert. Is it difficult? Not quite if you know the tips and techniques on how to make soufflé like a pro. Create 2 souffle with different flavours and textures, hot and cold - Passionfruit Soufflé and Chilled Lemon Soufflé.

 

Special requirement:

  • Teenagers who are keen to learn or improve their baking skills are allowed to join this class. Teenagers attending this class must be at least 15 years old and above.
