Delegates will undertake some light pre-course work and that will form the opening session for this workshop. The emphasis is all about early identification of key stressors and triggers, enabling a fast proactive response towards potential problem areas.

There are four personal assessments for the group to undertake on a one day workshop, which will form part of their own Stress Management, Resilience and Wellbeing profile. It is essential that everyone understands their own key stressors and knows how to spot them and deal with them in the future.

The workshop is nicely balanced with syndicate group work, individual tasks and a case study, all of which help towards learning positive and proactive stress resilience techniques.
