Dance Dimensions is Regina’s northwest dance studio offering classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Tiny tot/Combination classes for ages 3-6 years, and more.
Classes are available under the direction of Kara Chernishenko (Member Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA) ~Stage Tap & Jazz. With exam classes offered in Tap, Jazz & Ballet (Shayla Brown Member CDTA – Ballet Div.)
The exercises work on muscle elongation and aim to strengthen postural muscles, as well as stabilizers.Â
It is a dance technique that takes place on the floor. It aims to develop muscle tone, amplitude and joint flexibility
The program is continually presenting and encouraging students to meet new challenges. In doing so, students gain a true sense of outstanding accomplishment and constant progress. Students of all ages will love this technique and will always be learning.
For overall stretching and strengthening allowing each participant to progress at his/her own level. Breathing exercises are incorporated into the program.
