Dance Dimensions is Regina’s northwest dance studio offering classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Tiny tot/Combination classes for ages 3-6 years, and more.
Classes are available under the direction of Kara Chernishenko (Member Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA) ~Stage Tap & Jazz. With exam classes offered in Tap, Jazz & Ballet (Shayla Brown Member CDTA – Ballet Div.)
Our fully trained instructor is ready to lead you through a workout that combines the best elements of ballet barre, pilates, functional training and stretching.
A fun, energetic workout that fuses technique from dance, pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility utilizing the barre. Miss Jordan looks forward to working out with you.
Conditioning (Ages 10+) classes are offered by Dance Plus EP. At Dance Plus we strive to keep a fun and encouraging atmosphere where students can become the best dancers they can be.
Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.
