Dance Dimensions is Regina’s northwest dance studio offering classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Tiny tot/Combination classes for ages 3-6 years, and more.
Classes are available under the direction of Kara Chernishenko (Member Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA) ~Stage Tap & Jazz. With exam classes offered in Tap, Jazz & Ballet (Shayla Brown Member CDTA – Ballet Div.)
Tumbling classes are offered by The Dance Theatre Performing Arts. Instruction in gymnastic moves from a dancer’s perspective.
A completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, which create health and balance, the strengthening theories from ballet, which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy, which create a pain free body.
Conditioning improves technique and performance in all forms of dance by strengthening the body’s core while developing coordination, balance, alignment and optimizing flexibility.
Our boys only classes are designed to create a high energy, active and fun atmosphere. These classes will work to increase strength and stamina while dancing to current, age-appropriate music.
This class concentrates on stretching and strengthening principles for dancers who would like to increase their range of motion and increase their cardiovascular fitness.
