Then the Alixa Flexibility Program is for you! With the Alixa Flexibility course you will learn how to safely become more flexible.
The Alixa Flexibility program was created by a former rhythmic gymnastics trainer/contortion trainer for circus and former performer and circus artist.
Alixa developed her techniques for teaching flexibility after seeing so many athletes have to quit from injuries due to improper stretching or lack of stretching.

Not only parents are invited to attend this class (you may also have a Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle etc. come to class with your child. We do ask that only one caregiver per student attend class each week).
We use music that your child knows and loves, while teaching them beginner dance moves with a ballet and jazz basis.
Students will learn all about warming up, stretching, nursery rhymes, role playing and obstacle courses to foster a love for dance, enhance gross motor skills and build social skills.
This class prepares your child for Creative Movement for Tots class where they are independent of their parent.
This classes will focus on a variety of concepts (patterning, rhythm, coordination) while enjoying movement and music together and working at the dancers own pace.
Each class will start with a core-focused cardio warm-up, moving to a combination of arm exercises, and then followed by a series of movements to work the legs and seat. Stretches are incorporated throughout with a focused cool down at the end of each class.
An Intense Stretch Class Designed To Improve Flexibility and Strength
Barre class is a combination of the stretching and toning movements of Pilates and yoga, the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet, and a low-impact cardio workout — small isometric movements target and tone every muscle in your body.
A fun, energetic workout that fuses technique from dance, pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility utilizing the barre. Miss Jordan looks forward to working out with you.
