For dancers and non-dancers alike, this programme focuses on strengthening and toning muscles, while increasing flexibility and range of motion.

Based on a combination of pilates, yoga and other dance body conditioning tricks this is a full body workout to make you feel your best.

  • Rose has been dancing since her pre-school years, classically training in RAD, BBO, IDTA, ISTD, and NZAMD. By age 13 she had been accepted into the full-time dance programme at the Christchurch-based National Ballet & Dance School (a.k.a. International Ballet Academy). Rose had the privilege of being tutored by many dance legends including Sir Russell Kerr, Ann Judson, Fiona Tonkin, Michelle Robinson and Sir Jon Trimmer, and performing in classic ballets such as Swan Lake, Cinderella and The Nutcracker.
