Our Studios unique stretch class! It aims to help you get the most out of your aerial classes and playtime by strengthening and stretching some of the areas that traditionally take some strain during training.
We focus on warming up and mobilising the muscles, joints and ligaments before working to increase range of motion and flexibility safely in a targeted area each week, to help you attain your stretching goals and keep your body happy. Come get flexy! Suitable for all levels.
At our pole dancing and aerial studios in Hamilton and Whangarei, we have created a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for anyone to come and explore our classes.
The Studio was established in 2011 and we pride ourselves on having instructors that are highly trained and experienced and will encourage you to build your confidence and physique through their classes.
Our technique, strength and flexibility class is the perfect addition to your weekly dance classes.
Our handstand classes are perfect for any level, our classes teach Conditioning
M&B (Muscle & Bone / Mind & Body) is a vigorous, rhythmic, dynamic movement and spatial training system; encouraging participants to experience the limit of their flexibility, endurance and spatial expansion.
These extension classes are for students who would like to spend extra time on their tumbling class sizes are limited to 8 students.
L.O.D approaches dance in a holistic way, and dancer safety is one of our primary  focuses.Â
