Join us in our kitchen classroom for hands on cooking classes led by our experienced professional chefs! Work along with your chef to create delicious recipes to enjoy during class and take home our class packets to recreate the recipes at home! Unless otherwise noted, all of our cooking classes are for persons 16 years of age and up as well as BYOB.
Spicy Tuna Rolls (Uramaki/California Roll) (*Nori sheet from the inside), with seasoned rice, Spicy tuna, avocado sticks inside and garnished with toasted sesame seeds on the outside. Yum.
Be your own sushi master! With a little practice and with our chef's helpful hints and insight, you will learn how easy it really is to make sushi in your own kitchen.
In this class, you will have the chance to observe how to hand craft Ramen and then will break into groups of 3-4 to make your own. The noodles will then be added to a delicious Mongolian Beef recipe, complete with Naan Bread made in a cast iron skillet for maximum flavor and texture.
Sushi making is a fun, creative, interactive experience where the combinations and possibilities are endless.
Sushi has always been hand-made for special occasions in Japan. However, from older times to the present, we’ve used whatever vegetables or fish were available in the season. It’s not necessary at all to spend a fortune on sushi ingredients. That’s the true spirit of homemade sushi!
