In this class our chef will let you in on everything you'll need to make your own sushi at home. We'll cover the fundamentals: shopping for ingredients, how to prepare the rice and dipping sauces, equipment and techniques needed.
We’ll have fun creating this art of rolling on the Valentine's Day at home. We will go over step-by-step from preparing ingredients and cooking each sushi component including sushi rice and Japanese egg roll (tamago).
Have you thought about making Ramen at home? Let’s face it, creating a perfect bowl of Ramen is time-consuming and a Lot of work. But it’s something we would love to try out for fun (or you could be serious) to comprehend the art of Ramen.
Join Chef Mihoko for our hands-on practical sushi making class. First of all, you will make the proper sushi rice, then you will make your own rolled sushi with your favorite fillings, such as salmon with avocado, California Roll or Spicy Shrimp Roll.
During this fun, hands-on experience, you'll learn all the skills needed to make sushi rolls at home, including how to prepare sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish at your local market and how to add additional tasty ingredients that enhance your roll.
