An evening with fresh raw fish can be more romantic and fun than you think. Come join us and learn the basics of hand made sushi. In the first part of this event, you will receive hands-on instruction for both maki and nigiri sushi, before putting your newly acquired skills to use and creating a delicious spread to enjoy with your partner.
After the cooking session, you will sit down to a delicious candlelit dinner, featuring the fruits of your labor and some special treats prepared by your Chef instructors. This class also includes an open bar of wine, Japanese beer and soft drinks. This class is limited to 15 couples and sells out quickly, so don’t wait too long.

Join Chef Mihoko for our hands-on practical sushi making class. First of all, you will make the proper sushi rice, then you will make your own rolled sushi with your favorite fillings, such as salmon with avocado, California Roll or Spicy Shrimp Roll.

This Class teaches how to select and make sushi rice. Includes take home sushi rolling kits (mats, chopsticks, rice spreaders and rice paddles. This is a hands on class and includes gyoza and custom egg roll appetizer. You will prepare and roll two sushi rolls.
