This beginners sushi class features a mix of both unusual and more familiar ingredients with lots of tips and tricks from an experienced sushi chef.
DurationWe will cover two different types of rolled sushi, hand-forming nigiri-zushi and making temaki as well as presentation, etiquette, and chopstick use, but you’re welcome to use your fingers!
