We’ll begin with a Greek bruschetta loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and served on a toasted crostini. Then we will make souvlaki, a chicken dish with homemade pita bread and end with a sweet treat of mini Greek Yiaoutorpita lemon cakes.
Our cooking classes are partially hands-on cooking by you and partially demonstration by our Way Cool Chefs, all ending in a delicious meal for you to enjoy!

Join us for an evening in the Mediterranean! We’ll make Horiatiki (Greek Salad), Grilled Bronzini, Grilled Lamb Chops, Tzatziki with Grilled Pita, Briam, and, for dessert, Baklava.
