From rich curries to speedy noodles and fragrant soups, there’s a lot to learn when it comes to Southeast Asian cooking.
With our Taste of… classes we want to get you excited about some of the amazing food that’s being cooked all around the world. There’s so much to learn and discover when it comes to regional cuisines, from new flavors to age-old traditions, this is just the starting point for many more kitchen adventures to come.
Southeast Asian cuisine – from Thailand to Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia – is full of layers of flavors, it’s not just about chilies! Our chefs will show you how spices are combined with sour lime or tamarind, sweet palm sugar, and salty soy and fish sauces to create a wide range of dishes, such as classic pad Thai or sticky rice.
You’ll end up with plenty to eat for lunch and lots of recipes and inspiration to take home with you.

Gordon has always been passionate about sharing his love of food and the Gordon Ramsay Academy is where this is brought to life, offering guests of all ages and all levels of cooking ability the chance to enjoy fun, relaxed and informative cookery classes.
