Our cooking school is located in Sydney. We help our students learn in a fun and engaging way how to cook a delicious and quality meal. This experience is perfect for team building and food enthusiasts. We also offer the gift of cooking with our e-gift cards.

This workshop is a hands-on process, where participants will learn to make 5 different cultured foods to take away, sauerkraut, kefir & milk yoghurt, yoghurt cheese & apple vinegar. Taste-testing is included in the class.

Hello pickle obsessives, have we got a treat for you! In this workshop we are going to talk pickles and only pickles: pickles prepared in all kinds of ways, pickled fruit, pickled vegetables, quick pickles and slow pickles.
Part magical art, part science, the process of fermentation creates probiotic-rich foods that are delicious and healthy. This is a hands-on Workshop; please bring an apron, 3 glass jars and lots of energy. Safety guidelines stipulate that we all wear closed shoes.
