Set menus are carefully planned to guarantee a flavor balance between the 3 dishes. It gives a complete overview of Southeast Asian ingredients.

Apan cooking classes offer small classes of 5, teaching Thai, Malaysian, and Indonesian home cooking with a plant-based twist. Everybody welcome. Our cookery classes are completely hands-on and based in our home in Woodford Green (East London) or online.
The lessons are conducted by Fran, an experienced cookery teacher since 2008 and Southeast Asian food passionate. Our classes go beyond a cooking experience, Fran will give you independence and confidence in a kitchen with a full introduction to ingredients, flavor balancing, taste bud mapping, and knife skills.
