Minh's family are fabulous cooks, she grew up in Chachoengsae Province in Central Eastern Thailand watching and learning how to recreate the wonderful flavors influencing cooking in that region. Cooking became her passion and she studied at several advanced Culinary schools in Thailand before she moved to Hamble with her husband Ben in 2009. In 2019, encouraged by her many friends who adore her food she finally realized her dream to open her kitchen and the The Thenglish Thai Cooking Class was born!
Join us at Waterman House Cookery School to explore the tastes of Thailand.
The Cookery School at Braxted Park, combines a stunning location with award-winning chefs and a diverse range of courses to suit all abilities. We aspire to provide a high-quality service and an experience that you will never forget.
Arrive at 9.45 am for coffee or tea whilst you watch a short demonstration and run through the day’s recipes. You will then cook dishes that will be suitable for lunch, which you can enjoy with a glass of wine.
Thai Cooking Class course is offered by Blackfriars Restaurant Shool.
One class include learning a 3 course set menu.
