Minh's family are fabulous cooks, she grew up in Chachoengsae Province in Central Eastern Thailand watching and learning how to recreate the wonderful flavors influencing cooking in that region. Cooking became her passion and she studied at several advanced Culinary schools in Thailand before she moved to Hamble with her husband Ben in 2009. In 2019, encouraged by her many friends who adore her food she finally realized her dream to open her kitchen and the The Thenglish Thai Cooking Class was born!
