In this Japanese cuisine class, you will learn all the important steps that are required to prepare sushi; including: preparing sushi rice and more.
Learn the basics of rolling sushi, tempura shrimp, then roll your own creations (smoked salmon, crab, avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, tempura shrimp)
Learn to create cone-shaped hand rolls (Temaki Sushi) and triangle-shaped rice balls (Onigiri). Discover the secrets of perfect sushi rice and practice knife skills and hand-forming techniques.
