We started Schola as a place where people could come together, put on an apron and learn about where food comes from and how to cook it. All of our classes are designed to intrigue the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran in the kitchen. The classes are a hands-on experience and usually last between two and three hours.
Schola is BYOB and we encourage our students to bring a bottle of something to enjoy while they cook and eat together. We’ll always have plenty of stemware on hand!

Chef Ric Rosser will join Brennan's culinary team for a delicious three-course cooking class featuring ingredients straight from Spread Oaks Ranch and Moorhead's Blueberry Farm! Each course will be expertly paired with a glass of wine by Brennan's Wine Guy, Rich Carter.

In our professional kitchens you will be taught by talented and experienced chef-instructors who love to teach and for students to succeed. Â You will begin with the fundamentals of using kitchen tools and starting to develop basic cooking skills and techniques.
