Join chef Greg Dunmore of the Japanese Pantry to bring the flavors of Japan into your own home kitchen, as he leads this deep dive into the history, production and delicious uses of soy sauce and tamari.
Greg will begin the class by guiding you through an extensive tasting of soy sauce and tamari varieties, highlighting their nuances. Then you’ll congregate in the kitchen to prepare some of Greg’s favorite recipes, with a continued focus on shoyu and tamari. You’ll experience how these artisanal ingredients can elevate and alter even the simplest dishes.
Class will end with a shared meal of the menu you’ve made with your classmates, accompanied by sake, wine and beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

In this class our chef will let you in on everything you'll need to make your own sushi at home. We'll cover the fundamentals: shopping for ingredients, how to prepare the rice and dipping sauces, equipment and techniques needed.
Join Chef Mihoko for our hands-on practical sushi making class. First of all, you will make the proper sushi rice, then you will make your own rolled sushi with your favorite fillings, such as salmon with avocado, California Roll or Spicy Shrimp Roll.
Sushi Making class is offered by Delishes Dishes. Do you want to learn how to prepare healthy meals for your family?  Perhaps how to master the art of making sauces?  Cooking vegetables properly?  The various ways to season food? So many possibilities!!! Chef Daphne can teach you how!
