We are an Acrobatic Dance school with some dance and technique classes to help our dancers to reach their potential as Acro Dancers. Acro Dance is a style of dance that incorporates elements from artistic gymnastics, ballet, lyrical, jazz, contortion, yoga and acro yoga.
We follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus which has been created in Canada with input from Cirque du Soleil, physiotherapists, dance teachers in ballet, jazz, modern, hand balancing specialists and more!
Acro focuses on 5 main elements: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Partnering and Tumbling.
Our Barre classes cater to any fitness level and ability. We can modify any workout to suit you and where your body is at. We help you to achieve your goals and we are here to support you any way we can.
Our technique, strength and flexibility class is the perfect addition to your weekly dance classes.
Stretch classes are an ideal way to improve the flexibility and strength required for all dance genres.
Specialised coaching using current therapies in exercise science.
Stretch classes are offered at the beginning or end of classes where time permits. The focus is on core strengthening as well as stretching muscles to gain better flexibility.
