Preparation of a Main Course and a Dessert (To Be Enjoyed On Site):

  • Vegetarian burger, avocado, tomatoes, mustard mayonnaise, sweet potato fries;
  • Lime yogurt pot de crème, honey granola, seasonal fruits.
  • Creation of a 3-course take-out menu:
  • Crispy tortilla with black beans and feta, green vegetable salad with pesto, grilled romaine heart;
  • Tofu croquette, lime edamame, celery and onion puree, tarragon cream;
  • Candied fennel shortcake, mascarpone whipped cream and basil maple syrup vinaigrette.
