We know that changing the way you eat or introducing new foods and cooking techniques into your diet can sometimes be overwhelming, so we will be stepping you through a full day’s meals from breakfast to dessert and have put together 7 days of recipes and instructions to give you an awesome launchpad for your vegetarian cooking adventures.

Our most popular cooking class in 2019 is BACK! Learn how to cook 100% plant based delicious Japanese dishes & dessert. You don't have to be a vegan to enjoy these meals! They are all healthy and all incredibly tasty.
The course will run instructions through our own recipes. We will discuss how to plan plant-based meals at home and the overriding philosophies, both nutritional and mindful, underpinning Asian traditions of vegan cooking.
You will learn how to extend your repertoire of dishes, planning your menu around seasonal vegetables in this cooking class.

his is a full hands-on, 3.5 hours experience on your own private bench with your cooking partner. You’ll be creating every dish on the menu. No cooking in large groups and missing out on the fun.
