In this live, interactive online cooking class, you will learn to make a delicious meal of Vietnamese Turkey Meatballs with Steamed Rice and Dipping Sauce.
Lemongrass Beef, Shrimp Rolls and awesome Peanut Sauce, to Classic Bun – rice vermicelli with grilled meats and carrot/daikon pickle.
While our broth simmers, we’ll roll up some imperial rolls. Made with fresh vegetables and your choice of chicken or pork and dipped with either hoisin or fish vinaigrette sauce. Peanuts available on request
