Aerial Yoga mixes the best aspects of traditional yoga with the strength training of acrobatics to give you an exercise that combines the benefits of yoga, aerial arts and strength training.
Hatha yoga is a combination of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), with possible chanting. This is a slower-paced class with a strong focus on alignment and how to do each pose correctly. More recent yoga styles have evolved from hatha.
The aim of the game here is to get completely comfortable, completely supported, and completely rested here. No struggle in this practice.
