Welcome to Dance For All, your hub of expertise! Our inspirational faculty teach dance classes for all ages, beginners to advanced, and train our dance college students.
Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Each class will be themed, focusing on improving a different aspect of your body or mind every time you walk through the door.
During this course we will alternate between styles of Yang (Hatha) practice and Yin, to help you feel more calm, grounded, a quietly more strengthening practice as the nights draw in.
