DurationThank you for your interest in the Stargazer's Youth Dreams Culinary Program! We are committed to providing culinary classes focused on science, technology, engineering and mathematics better known as S.T.E.M.
In addition to basic culinary skills and techniques during these 2-hour, multi-week sessions, students learn the nutritional value of foods, create recipes and prepare meals that are eaten at the end of class. After completion (must be mastery in various areas) of each level, scholars will become “Junior Chefs” for future classes and paid a stipend to help instruct new students.
Stargazer offers a variety of catering menus and staffing services for any occasion. Whether it’s a morning meeting, corporate luncheon or a celebration, we have the right menu for your event. Custom menus are available upon request.
Our Kid's Cooking Parties are a fun & safe way to celebrate your little chef. We host events that are age appropriate for children ages 4 through 17. Our events range from Cookie and Pizza Making Parties to Full Blown Teen Culinary Competitions!
Each session has a general theme and as in any of our classes each student brings home all of their creations to share!
Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen hosted a full summer of in-person culinary and baking camps. All virtual summer camp sessions are available here.
More advanced classes at Bakers Buzzin' geared towards Junior Chefs who are ready for a next level cooking experience and have a desire to build on existing skills and knowledge!
In-person teen classes are back! In our hands-on cooking classes, tots and kids get to chop, grate, measure, mix and roll their way to delicious dishes with the guidance of our engaging instructors.
