This course has been designed and adapted for a number of ptp's clients that run call-centres to handle incoming calls to the company. Throughout the course, participants are encouraged to contribute to a lively debate about their perceptions of good customer service.

At one time or another most of us have wished that the pace of change at work would slow down so we could catch our breath. Unfortunately, it often does not.

We can learn to be more Emotionally Intelligent and therefore increase our ability to deliver success in both our business & personal life. This programme looks at how Managers can improve their own EI and the EI of their line reports.

This course will help delegates to be competent and confident in their written communication to senior management or important clients.

Of course, there are some limits but they are usually of quantity rather than quality. For some people success is more money, a bigger house, fame, a top management position, and so forth.
