Beach Fit Dance's Pole Fitness / Pole Dance classes are totally different to any other pole dance class you will find in Newcastle. This is due to the fact our Newcastle pole classes are based around fitness.
Forget the stilletto's, excessive leather and pole grinding! If your looking for grinding you should check out our adult burlesque dance classes. Our Pole Fitness / Pole Dance classes are a fun blend of contemporary dance (for those that want to dance), body toning strength and fitness moves, eye catching acrobatics and real individuals dressed in clothes they're comfortable wearing.

Basics Pole Fitness:
In this 5 week course you will be introduced to the basics of Pole Fitness. You will start to build core & upper body strength, learn spins & poses, sit and start to climb the pole! By the end of the 5 week course you'll be falling in love with Pole. You have the choice of our Brass, Chrome or Silicone poles.
Moves you'll learn in this course include Sitting Swan, Body Spiral, Spinning Climb, Chair Spin, Standing Crucifix, and much more. You'll start to put together moves and learn transitions to begin a routine and start improving endurance and skin tollerance.

Tricksters 1 is for Beginners, Introduction,Transition and casual students, in this class you will learn pole tricks, technique, combinations and even some doubles tricks. Previous pole experience is not necessary for this class.
You will learn some fun and very exciting tricks which are incorporated into a choreographed routine and by week 6 you will have the opportunity to learn how to invert.
If you have never done pole before you will start at Level 1. No experience? No Problems. No minimum fitness level or prior experience required.  If you have poled before come in for an assessment! Â
Not for the faint hearted! This class will help you to improve your back and shoulder flexibility to get into those beautiful pole contortion poses. We recommend a base-level of flexibility of being able to comfortably touch your toes in a pike. This class focuses heavily on strengthening your body
In this class you will learn sexy floor work mixed with beginner pole moves and ways to make your floor work flow as well as the little tricks to make an easy move look tricky, you'll learn fun routines to different songs every term.
