Beach Fit Dance's Pole Fitness / Pole Dance classes are totally different to any other pole dance class you will find in Newcastle. This is due to the fact our Newcastle pole classes are based around fitness.

Our Pole Fitness / Pole Dance classes are a fun blend of contemporary dance (for those that want to dance), body toning strength and fitness moves, eye catching acrobatics and real individuals dressed in clothes they're comfortable wearing.

Basics Pole Fitness:
In this 5 week course you will be introduced to the basics of Pole Fitness. You will start to build core & upper body strength, learn spins & poses, sit and start to climb the pole! By the end of the 5 week course you'll be falling in love with Pole. You have the choice of our Brass, Chrome or Silicone poles.
Moves you'll learn in this course include Sitting Swan, Body Spiral, Spinning Climb, Chair Spin, Standing Crucifix, and much more. You'll start to put together moves and learn transitions to begin a routine and start improving endurance and skin tollerance.

We have a range of levels from beginners to advance with each level having certain moves that you must be able to do to be able to move up to the next level. Not for the faint hearted! This class will help you to improve your back and shoulder flexibility to get into those beautiful pole contortion poses. We recommend a base-level of flexibility of being able to comfortably touch your toes in a pike. This class focuses heavily on strengthening your body
The foundational elements of pole dance – tricks, combinations and dance flow. With a weekly 1 hour class session each week, it’s the best starting point to build your confidence, master new skills and participate in a whole new world.
60 minutes of freestyle practice with supervision. A fun practice class with guidance, a time to share and go crazy with what you have learned with all our pole angels from all poles of life!
